Post-order process: monochrome printing, flocking, compounding.
Garment washing process: enzyme wash, heavy bleaching, light bleaching, fried snowflakes.
Applicable group: sportswear, because this fabric has the feel of general knitted fabrics, the garments have various styles of denim after washing, and have been loved by children's wear and women's casual garment factories in recent years.
In addition, in the weaving process, the requirements of the loom are higher than that of the white billet, and the requirements for the blocker are also different. Due to the particularity of the dyeing process, the same cylinder number is the same as the same direction, and the head and tail are not allowed. Docked. In general, the weaving factory is not accustomed to standardizing the operation according to our requirements in order to reduce the weaving loss, resulting in a color difference bar or crosspiece on the cloth surface. In addition, in the fabric inspection, the color fastness generally reaches 1-1.5 grade after washing, and the test standard cannot be specified according to the normal active dyeing.
