Hot air circulation recovery system: By adding a return air duct to the dust filter fan, the air in the production workshop can be recycled, avoiding a large amount of hot air in the workshop in autumn and winter and spring to the outside of the workshop, avoiding the disadvantages of excessive external dry cold air entering the workshop. Sizing of wet sizing and sizing water: changing the water supply source of wet splitting water, the original production water pipe is connected to the chilled water pump of the air conditioning room, and the water is supplied by the chilled water pump. The original production water (deep well water) is not used. The waste water after the wet splitting is collected, transported to the heat station water tank through the pipeline, and pumped back to the air-conditioned room through the water pump. Make a return water tank and install an electromagnetic flow meter to achieve automatic pumping. Energy recovery of centrifugal air compressor: Recycling compressed air heat energy, through special designed heat energy recovery device, using water as medium to recover heat, through secondary heat transfer, lifting soft water to the required temperature, supply workshop production use .
