Jacobs x French installation artist joint cooperation

With the wave of visual arts in recent years, more and more brands are on the lookout. As a truly French women's shoe brand, not long ago, it also collaborated with the French installation artist Matthieu Tondur on the design of Jay's hollow shoes.

MATTHIEU TONDEUR was originally a visual artist active in the Chinese art world under the name "Chromaphase". In early 2015, Matthieu produced a number of microfilms with an internationally diverse team. The most notable of these was the microfilm 3Men (2015), Sentient (2016) and the musical short film Mind of the Grind. (Starring by rap Amine).

This cross-border cooperation with Jakob is based on the creation of five classic hollow shoes. Among them, Hollow Element was used as an important element in Jazz's classic shoe elements and was played by the artist in this installation.

MATTHIEU TONDEUR, as its rigorous work ethic in the past, ultimately designed exquisite fixtures for Jaws. This group of props will be used in the Jaws' store.

The MATTHIEU TONDEUR uses the hollow design and color of leather fabrics to represent the simple, quality and comfortable design concept of the Yashi brand, boldly using colors and geometric shapes to present a different aesthetic:

鲜艳 Bright colors rise from the plane and interpenetrate and blend with each other, showing the value of the Jakob brand to color and its perfect application;

曲线 Curves and straight lines represent women's gentle and strong personality. Curves symbolize protective and gentle strengths, while straight lines shape the inner bearing power of women.
